From here you can Veiw Current Inventory, View Sold Inventory, Contact Management, Search Results Admin, Upload PDF Specs. It also generates a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet with the entire inventory. You will be prompted to save and download this generated file for offline viewing. |

Current Inventory:
From here you can view all the current inventory items. You have the options to view details, edit item or delete. You also have sorting options according to each field. |

From here you can view all the current inventory items just like the current inventory screen. You have the options to view details, edit item or delete. You also have sorting options according to each field.

You enter your inventory item on this page. This screen can be customized to fit your needs. |

Item Details:
You can view all the details of the item chosen.You may also generate a quote on this page. At the bottom you will see a running list of how many times this item was searched for on your website. The date is available so you can know when it was searched for. |

Item Details Edit:
You can edit all the details of the item chosen. Here is where you would select "NO" if the item was sold. Doing this places this item in the "Sold Inventory" page. |

Generate Quote:
Should the need arise and you want to send a potential customer a price quote, here is where you do it. Clicking on "Generate Quote" generates a pop up screen that will generate your quote. |

Quote Generator:
From this page you will choose your contact. Please note that to send a quote, you must have the customer already added into the system. This creates an accurate tracking system. You will notice an amount that you can change if you want to quote higher or lower. Lastly, you may choose either Mail/Fax or Email in a drop down box. This will be the quote method. |

Quote Preview:
This page has your generated quote. It shows the details of the customer of whom you are sending this quote to. It also shows details of the item quoted. From here you can either Print or Email this page. If you should chose to email this page, another identical page will come up to which you can add in your "TO" and your "FROM" email addresses. All you would have to do is click send and your potential customer will get a text generated email of this quote. |

Customer Contacts- Listing:
This is the customer contact page. Everyone who either calls in, mails, emails or faxes gets entered here. It is grouped by company name. This way only one company is listed. From here you can view all the contacts for that company, interactions and quotes generated. |

This page shows each contact listed for the company you chose. From here you can view details, interactions, quotes and also add interactions and delete a contact. |

Here is the page that shows the details of the customer chosen. From here you can edit any field and save. It also will show you the last time someone updated the details. |

Search Results Report:
This page is very useful because it will show you just how many times a certain asset number has been searched. It will also show, for example, just what your visitor is looking for when they type in the "Description" search box on your website. This also shows the number of Matches Found for the information your visitor typed in to search. |
